COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3317/87 of 4 November 1987 on the issuing of a standing invitation to tender for the resale on the internal market of 41 227 tonnes of common wheat held by the Italian intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Article 2 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 1 .
