COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3377/87 of 10 November 1987 altering the export refunds on cereals and on wheat or rye flour, groats and meal
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, export refunds at present in force should be altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : ' Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the The export refunds on the products listed in Article 1 (a), market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) (b) and (c) of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75, exported in No 1900/87 (2), and in particular the fifth subparagraph of the natural state, as fixed in the Annex to Regulation Article 1 6 (2) thereof, (EEC) No 3266/87 are hereby altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation in respect of the products set Whereas the export refunds on cereals and on wheat or out therein . rye flour, groats and meal were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 3266/87 (3) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules contained in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3266/87 This Regulation shall enter into force on 11 November to the information known to the Commission that the 1987 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

N.B. The zones are those defined in Regulation (EEC) No 1 124/77 (OJ No L 134, 28 . 5. 1977), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1548/87 (OJ No L 144, 4. 6. 1987).
