COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3416/87 of 13 November 1987 abolishing the countervailing charge on artichokes originating in Spain (except the Canary Islands)

Article 1 Whereas the present trend of prices for products origina ting in Spain (except in the Canary Islands) on the repre sentative markets referred to in Regulation (EEC) No Regulation (EEC) No 3356/87 is hereby repealed. 2118/74 (4), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 381 1 /85 (^j recorded or calculated in accordance with the Article 2 provisions of Article 5 of that Regulation, indicated that entry prices have been at least equal to the reference price This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 November for two consecutive market days ; whereas the conditions 1987 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
