COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3656/87 of 4 December 1987 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2735/87 increasing to 1 800 000 tonnes the quantity of bread-making wheat held by the German intervention agency for which a standing invitation to tender for export has been opened
