COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3832/87 of 21 December 1987 on the sale of bone-in beef held by the Italian intervention agency to the Italian armed forces

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market 1 . The Italian intervention agency1 is hereby authorized in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) to sell to the Italian armed forces up to 360 tonnes of No 467/87 (2), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof, forequarters bought in before 1 January 1985 the price of which is given in Annex I.
