COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3834/87 of 21 December 1987 extending Regulations (EEC) No 570/85 , (EEC) No 316/86 and (EEC) No 3561/86 fixing, in respect of 1984, 1985 and 1986 crops, export refunds for raw tobacco

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Tobacco, Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 727/70 of 21 April 1970 on the common organization of the market HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : in raw tobacco ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1974/87 (2), and in particular the first sentence of the Article 1 third subparagraph of Article 9 (2) thereof, Whereas export refunds were fixed in respect of certain 1 . In Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 570/85 '31 varieties of tobacco from the 1984, 1985 and 1986 crops December 1987' is hereby replaced by '30 June 1988'. by Commission Regulations (EEC) No 570/85 (3), (EEC) No 316/86 (4) and (EEC) No 3561 /87 0 respectively, as 2.
