COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 4090/87 of 22 December 1987 amending for the 10th time Regulation (EEC) No 351/79 concerning the addition of alcohol to products in the wine sector

Whereas, pending the adoption of provisions supple­ Article 2 menting or harmonizing the definitions of semi-sparkling wines and products falling within heading No 2205 of This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1988 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
