THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES ,

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation (EEC) No 3601 / 82 is amended as follows : Economic Community,

1 . Article 1 ( 1 ) A (a): Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727 / 75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organiz­ Delete 'point XIV — Fruit and vegetables' — ation of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Substitute 'point XIII — Fruit and vegetables'.
