COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 33/88 of 5 January 1988 amending Regulation (EEC) No 603/87 provising, for the 1986/87 wine year, for the distillation of table wine referred to in Article 41 ( 1 ) of Council Regulation ( EEC) No 822/87

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community , Article 12 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 603/87 is hereby Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 822/87 of replaced by the following : 16 March 1987 on the common organization of the market in wine ('), as last amended by Commission Regu­ '2.
