COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 273/88 of 29 January 1988 on the issue of import licences for high-quality fresh, chilled or frozen beef and veal
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas Article 15 (6) (d) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2377/80 (3), as last amended by Regulation Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European (EEC) No 3434/87 (4), provides that the quantities applied Economic Community, for may be reduced ; whereas the applications submitted Having regard to Council Regulation. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
