COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1088/88 of 26 April 1988 amending Regulations (EEC) No 3150/87, (EEC) No 3519/87 and (EEC) No 379/88 opening standing invitations to tender for the export of cereals held by the intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the Article 1 market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3989/87 (2), and in particular Article 7 (5) thereof, Article 4 (3) of Regulations (EEC) No 3150/87, (EEC) No 3519/87 and (EEC) No 379/88 is hereby replaced by the Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No following : 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and '3, The last partial invitation to tender shall expire on conditions for the disposal of cereals held by the 25 May 1988'. intervention agencies (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 241 8/87 (4), Article 2 Whereas the last partial invitation to tender under This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Regulations (EEC) No 3150/87 (% (EEC) No 3519/87 (6) publication in the Official Journal of the European and (EEC) No 379/88 (J), should be postponed ; Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
