COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1089/88 of 26 April 1988 amending Regulation (EEC) No 633/88 on the opening of an invitation to tender for the refund for die export of common wheat of bread making quality

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3989/87 (2), Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2746/75 of 29 October 1975 laying down general rules for granting Article 2 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 633/88 is hereby export refunds on cereals and criteria for fixing the amended as follows : amount of such refunds (3), and in particular Article 5 thereof, '3.
