on the issuing of import licences for dessert apples originating in Argentina

For imports of dessert apples covered by CN codes particular fixes quantities of imports of dessert apples 0808 10 91 , 0808 10 93 and 0808 10 99 originating in originating in third countries which may not be exceeded Argentina, the issuing of import licences requested after 6 without a serious risk of disruption of the market in May 1988 is suspended utnil 31 August 1988 . question ;

Whereas, at present, quantities in applications for import Article 2 licences for dessert apples originating in Argentina exceed the quantities fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1040/88, This Regulation shall enter into force on 12 May 1988 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
