COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1485/88 of 30 May 1988 amending Regulation (EEC) No 307/88 on the issuing of a standing invitation to tender for the resale on the internal market of 150 000 tonnes of barley held by the Greek intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 1097/88 (2), and in particular Article 7 (5) thereof, Article 2 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 307/88 is replaced Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No by the following : 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and '2. The last partial invitation to tender shall expire conditions for the disposal of cereals held by the on 20 June 1988 .' intervention agencies (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 241 8/87 (4), Article 2 Whereas the last partial invitation to tender under This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Commission Regulation (EEC) No 307/88 (*) should be publication in the Official Journal of the European postponed ; Communities.
