COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1906/88 of 30 June 1988 fixing the corrective amount applicable to the refund on cereals

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas, following the introduction of the combined nomenclature by Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 ('), the nomenclature applicable from 1 January 1988 to Article 1 export refunds on agricultural products was established by Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 (2) ; The corrective amount referred to in Article 16 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 which is applicable to it follows from applying the provisions set out above that export refunds fixed in advance in respect of cereals shall the corrective amout must be as set ' out in the Annex be as set out in the Annex hereto. hereto ;

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Article 2 in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals, This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1988 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
