COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1933/88 of 1 July 1988 fixing the minimum selling price for the purposes of the standing invitation to tender opened by Regulation (EEC) No 1624/88

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82 (*), Article 2 as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2418/87 (6), lays down the procedure and conditions for the disposal of cereals held by intervention agencies ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal , of the Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1624/88 European Communities. authorizes certain intervention agencies to put up for sale by tender 301 000 tonnes of common wheat for export in It shall apply with effect from 1 July 1988 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
