COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1979/88 of 5 July 1988 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1852/88 as regards the coefficients to be applied to certain monetary compensatory amounts fixed in advance in the cereals sector

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1677/85 of 11 June 1985 on monetary compensatory amounts in agriculture ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 1889/87 (2), and in particular Article 12 thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 1852/88 is hereby amended as follows : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1678/85 of 11 June 1985 fixing the conversion rates to be applied 1 .
