THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, 1577/88 (19), (EEC) No 1798/88 (20), (EEC) No 1825/88 (21), (EEC) No 2034/88 (22) . and (EEC) No 2035/88 (23), Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the management Committee for Cereals has not Economic Community, delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its chairman,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the Article 1 market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2221 /88 (2), and in particular Article 7 (5) thereof, Article 4 (3) of Regulations (EEC) No 3150/87, (EEC) No 1564/88, (EEC) No 1565/88, (EEC) No 1566/88 , (EEC) No 1567/88 , (EEC) No 1568/88 , (EEC) No 1569/88, Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No (EEC) No 1570/88, (EEC) No 1571 /88 , (EEC) No 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and 1572/88 , (EEC) No 1573/88 , (EEC) No 1574/88 , (EEC) conditions for the disposal of cereals held by the No 1575/88, (EEC) No 1576/88, (EEC) No 1577/88, intervention agencies (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1798/88, (EEC) No 1825/88, (EEC) No 2034/88 (EEC) No 2418/87 (4), and (EEC) No 2035/88 is hereby replaced by the following : Whereas the last partial invitation to tender under '3. The last partial invitation to tender shall expire Regulations (EEC) No 3150/87 0, (EEC) No 1564/88 (6), on 31 August 1988 .'
