THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, (EEC) No 1577/88 C9), (EEC) No 1798/88 P), (EEC) No 1825/88 (21), (EEC) No 2034/88 f22) and (EEC) No Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 2035/88 P) ; V } Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 2221 /88 (2), and in particular Article 7 (5) thereof, Article 3 of Regulations (EEC) No 3150/87, (EEC) No 1564/88, (EEC) No 1565/88, (EEC) No 1566/88, (EEC) Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No No 1567/88, (EEC) No 1568/88, (EEC) No 1569/88, 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and (EEC) No 1570/88, (EEC) No 1571 /88, (EEC) No conditions for the disposal of cereals held by the 1572/88, (EEC) No 1573/88, (EEC) No 1574/88, (EEC) intervention agencies (3), as last amended by Regulation No 1575/88, (EEC) No 1576/88, (EEC) .No 1577/88, (EEC) No 2418/87 (4), (EEC) No 1798/88, (EEC) No 1825/88, (EEC) No 2034/88 and (EEC) No 2035/88 is hereby replaced by the following : Whereas it is advisable to limit the period of validity of 'Article 3 export licences issued from the entry into force of this Regulation in connection with the invitations to tender The export licences shall be valid from their date of opened by Regulation (EEC) No 3150/87 (*), (EEC) No issue, within the meaning of Article 9 of Regulation 1564/88 (*), (EEC) No 1565/88 Q, (EEC) No 1 566/88 (8), (EEC) No 1836/82 until 30 September 1988'.
