COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3213/88 of 19 October 1988 amending Regulation (EEC) No 3110/88 on the supply of various consignments of cereals and rice as food aid

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3972/86 of 22 December 1986 on food-aid policy and food-aid HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : management ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1870/88 (2), and in particular Article 6 ( 1 ) (c) thereof, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 Article 1 .of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Th« Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 3110/88 is hereby No 2221 /86 (4), and in particular Article 28 thereof, replaced by the Annex to this Regulation. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3110/88 (^ issued an invitation to tender for the supply, as food aid, Article 2 of 54 722 tonnes of cereals for the World Food Programme (WFP) ; whereas following a request by the This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its beneficiary, some of the conditions specified in the publication in the Official Journal of the European Annex to the Regulation should be altered ; Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
