COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3365/88 of 28 October 1988 determining the extent to which applications lodged in October 1988 for the issue of import licences in respect of frozen beef intended for processing may be accepted

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market 1 .
