COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3406/88 of 31 October 1988 repealing Regulation (EEC) No 3040/88 suspending advance fixing of export refunds on certain cereal and rice products exported in the form of goods not covered by Annex II to the Treaty

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, barley exported in the form of goods listed in Annex B to Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas under presente circumstances suspension of advance fixing is no longer necessary ; whereas Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the (EEC) No 3040/88 should therefore be repealed ; market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are No 2221 /88 (2), and in particular the first paragraph of in accordance with the opinion of the Management Article 16 (7) thereof, Committee for Cereals, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3035/80 of 11 November 1980 laying down general rules for granting exort refunds on certain agricultural products HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : exported in the form of goods riot covered by Annex II to the Treaty, and the criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 3209/88 (4), and in particular the first subparagraph of Article 5 (3) thereof, 1 .
