COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3607/88 of 18 November 1988 on the sale by tender, for processing in the Community, of beef held by the Spanish and French intervention agencies and amending Regulation (EEC) No 2908/88

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 1 .
