THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, be calculated in conformity with Article 3 of Commission

Regulation (EEC) No 552/85 (3), as amended by Regula­

tion (EEC) No 3815/85 (4), Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European

Economic Community,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

States.
