COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 255/89 of 30 January 1989 on the issuing of a standing invitation to tender for the resale on the internal market of 200 000 tonnes of barley held by the French intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, of 200 000 tonnes of barley held by it in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82. Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 Article 2 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) 1 .
