COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 309/89 of 7 February 1989 amending Regulation (EEC) No 264/89 introducing a countervailing charge on fresh Clementines originating in Marocco

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, duced in application of Article 25 of that Regulation is amended ; whereas if those conditions are taken into Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European consideration, the countervailing charge on the import of Economic Community, fresh Clementines originating in Marocco must be altered, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 pn the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables (l), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 2238/88 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 264/89, '8,76 ECU' is Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 264/89 (3) hereby replaced by ' 17,22 ECU'. introduced a countervailing charge on fresh Clementines originating in Marocco ; Article 2 Whereas Article 26 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 laid down the conditions under which a charge intro­ This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 February 1989.
