COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 589/89 of 7 March 1989 amending Regulation (EEC) No 212/89 on the opening of an invitation to tender for the refund for the export of common wheat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas, in the present situation, it is appropriate to increase the quantity delivered to tender ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Economic Community, in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals,

A special intervention measure in the form of an export refunds on cereals and criteria for fixing the export refund shall be applied in respect of 500 000 amount of such refunds (3), and in particular Article 5 tonnes of common wheat exported from Germany.' thereof, Article 2 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 212/89 (4) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its opened an invitation to tender for the refund for the publication in the Official Journal of the European export of common wheat ; Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
