COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1199/89 of 3 May 1989 on the sale by the procedure laid down in Regulation (EEC) No 2539/84 of beef held by certain intervention agencies and intended for processing within the Community and amending Regulation (EEC) No 3815/87

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community, 1 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
