COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1381 /89 of 22 May 1989 amending Regulations (EEC) No 1035/88 and (EEC) No 999/89 on standing invitations to tender in the sugar sector

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, forming part of the production of the 1988/89 marketing year entitled to the reimbursement of storage costs under Article 8 of Regulation (EEC) No 1785/81 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Sugar, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1785/81 of 30 June 1981 on the common organization of the markets in the sugar sector ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1069/89 (2), and in particular Articles 13 (2), 18 (5), 19 (4) and (7) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
