COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1431/89 of 25 May 1989 on the issuing of a standing invitation to tender for the resale on the internal market of 1 200 tonnes of common wheat held by the intervention agency of the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, common wheat held by it in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82. Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 2 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the 1 . HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
