COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1478/89 of 29 May 1989 abolishing the countervailing charge on apples originating in Chile

Whereas the present trend of prices for products origin­ ating in Chile on the representative markets referred to in Article 2 Regulation (EEC) No 21 18/74 of the Commission (4), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 381 1 /85 f5), This Regulation shall enter into force on 30 May 1989.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
