COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1626/89 of 9 June 1989 opening an invitation to tender for the refund and/or levy for the export of durum wheat to countries of zones I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, the German Democratic Republic and the Canary Islands
