COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1755/89 of 20 June 1989 fixing the sluice-gate prices and levies on pigmeat and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 960/89

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 2764/75 ; whereas the value for the same quantity on the world market must be determined in accordance with Article 3 thereof ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas the sluice-gate price for pig carcases is made up of three components ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
