COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2126/89 of 14 July 1989 correcting Regulation (EEC) No 1876/89 fixing the monetary compensatory amounts applicable in the agricultural sector and certain coefficients and rates required for their application
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinions of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committees concerned, Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1677/85 of 11 June 1985 on monetary compensatory amounts in HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : agriculture ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1889/87 (2), and in particular Article 12 thereof, Article 1 Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts introduced by Regulation (EEC) No 1677/85 were fixed by Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1876/89 is hereby Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1876/89 (3), as replaced by the Annex hereto as regards the products with amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2010/89 (4), in the CN codes indicated. accordance with detailed rules laid down in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3153/85 of 11 November 1985 laying down detailed rules for the calculation of monetary Article 2 compensatory amounts (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3521 /88 (6); This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 July 1989.
Whereas a check has shown that a mistake has crept into At the request of the party concerned, it shall apply from part 1 of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1876/89 as 1 July 1989 until : regards the products the monetary compensatory amount — 16 July 1989 in the case of Spain, of which takes account of the level of the production refund ; whereas the Regulation in question should — 16 July 1989 in the case of the United Kingdom, accordingly be corrected for the period concerned ; — 9 July 1989 in the case of Greece.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
