COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2232/89 of 25 July 1989 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1432/89 on the issuing of a standing invitation to tender for the resale on the internal market of 300 000 tonnes of barley held by the Italian intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 Article 1 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1834/89 (2), and in particular Article 7 (6) thereof, Article 2 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1432/89 is replaced by the following : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and conditions for the disposal of cereals held by the intervention '2. The last partial invitation to tender shall expire on 26 October 1989 .' agencies (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2418/87 (4), Whereas as last partial invitation to tender under Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1432/89 0, as last Article 2 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1896/89 (*), should be postponed ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its in accordance with the opinion of the Management publication in the Official Journal of the European Committee for Cereals, Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
