COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2382/89 of 2 August 1989 abolishing the countervailing charge on pears originating in Spain (except the Canary Islands)

Regulation (EEC) No 211 8/74 Q, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 381 1 /85 0, recorded or calculated in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of that Article 2 Regulation, indicates that the application of the first subparagraph of Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 August 1989.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
