COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2416/89 of 3 August 1989 fixing the amount of the private storage aid for squid of the species Loligo patagonica

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, 1 . 2. Whereas it is therefore necessary to fix the amount of the Article 2 private storage aid for the product concerned ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Communities. in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Fishery Products, It shall apply with effect from 1 August 1989.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
