COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2596/89 of 25 August 1989 abolishing the countervailing charge on certain varieties of plums originating in Hungary

Whereas the present trend of prices for products origin­ Article 2 ating in Hungary on the representative markets referred to in Regulation (EEC) No 2118/74 of the Commission (4), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 381 1 /85 (^ This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 August 1989.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
