COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2707/89 of 7 September 1989 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1876/89 fixing the monetary compensatory amounts applicable in the agricultural sector and certain coefficients and rates required for their application

Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts introduced by Regulation (EEC) No 1677/85 were fixed by HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1876/89 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2633/89 (4) ; Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3153/85 (*) as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2301 /89 (6), lays Annex III to Regulation (EEC) No 1876/89 is hereby down the rules for calculating monetary compensatory replaced by the Annex to this Regulation. amounts ; whereas the spot market rates recorded pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 3153/85 in the period Article 2 from 30 August to 5 September 1989 for the Italian lira require in theory, pursuant to the second subparagraph of This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 1 September Article 5 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 1677/85, the 1989 .
