COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2959/89 of 29 September 1989 altering the corrective amount applicable to the refund on cereals

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

(z) For these destinations, a corrective amount of ECU 10,00 per tonne is fixed for the period 1 November 1989 to 30 June 1990. NB : The zones are those defined in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1124/77 (OJ No L 134, 28. 5. 1977, p. 53), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 296/88 (OJ No L 30, 2. 2. 1988 , p. 9).
