COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3198/89 of 25 October 1989 opening a standing invitation to tender for the export of 4 000 tonnes of bread-making wheat held by the Dutch intervention agency
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Article 2

Whereas it is appropriate, in the present market situation, 1 . By way of derogation from Article 7 (1 ) of Regula to open a tender for the export of 4 000 tonnes of bread- tion (EEC) No 1836/82, the time limit for submission of making wheat held by the Dutch intervention agency ; tenders under the first partial invitation to tender shall expire on 8 November 1989 at 1 p.m. (Brussels time).

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 5
The Dutch intervention agency shall notify the Commis sion of the tenders received not later than two hours after Article 1 expiry of the time limit for the submission thereof. Noti fication shall be given as specified in the table in Annex II hereto. The Dutch intervention agency may, on the conditions laid down in Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82, open a stand ing invitation to tender for the export of 4 000 tonnes of Article 6 bread-making wheat held by it.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
