determining the extent to which applications lodged in October 1989 for the issue of import licences in respect of frozen beef intended for processing may be accepted
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market 1 . Every application for an import licence lodged in in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 1136/79 for the No 571 /89 (2), and in particular Article 14 (4) (a) thereof, quarter beginning 1 October 1989 shall be granted to the Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2881 /89 (3) following extent, expressed as bone-in beef :

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
