COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3273/89 of 30 October 1989 introducing a countervailing charge on apples originating in New Zealand
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, the conditions specified in Article 26 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the counter Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European vailing charge on imports of apples originating in New Economic Community, Zealand can be abolished, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 1119/89 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 3111 /89 is hereby repealed. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3111 /89 (3), introduced a countervailing charge on apples originating Article 2 in New Zealand ;
