COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3274/89 of 30 October 1989 abolishing the countervailing charge on fresh lemons originating in Uruguay
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, the conditions specified in Article 26 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the counter Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European vailing charge on imports of fresh lemons originating in Economic Community, Uruguay can be abolished, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 11 19/89 (2), and in particular the Article 1 second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 2977/89 is hereby repealed. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2977/89 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3065/89 (4), intro duced a countervailing charge on fresh lemons originating Article 2 in Uruguay ; Whereas for this product originating in Uruguay there This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 October were no prices for six consecutive working days ; whereas 1989 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
