COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3476/89 of 20 November 1989 suspending advance fixing of export refunds on certain cereals exported in the form of macaroni, spaghetti and similar products

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
