fixing definitively the aid for peas, field beans and sweet lupins applicable before 1 September 1989 for the 1989/ 90 marketing year
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , December 1985 laying down detailed rules for the application of the special measures for peas, field beans and sweet lupins (6), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3870 / 88 ( 7); whereas the fixation of those amounts, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European made subject to the decision of the Commission, was made Economic Community , necessary by the lack of a regulation fixing the adjustment to be made to the amount of the aid for the 1989 / 90 marketing year; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC ) No 1431 / 82 of 18 May 1982 laying down special measures for peas, field beans and sweet lupins ( J ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1104 / 88 (2), and in particular Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2656 / 89 (8) Article 3 ( 6 ) ( a) thereof, fixes the adjustment applying to the aid for peas, field beans and sweet lupins for the 1989 / 90 marketing year;
Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 1129 / 89 of 27 April 1989 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 1678 / 85 fixing the conversion rates to be applied in agriculture (3) Whereas between 1 January and 10 May 1989 as regards fixes the new agricultural conversion rates; whereas, for peas, field beans and sweet lupins, the provisional amounts the implementation of Article 6 of Council Regulation of the aid applying for July 1989 to February 1990 took (EEC) No 1676 / 85 of 11 June 1985 on the value of the account of the guide price, the activating threshold price unit of account and the conversion rates to be applied for and of the monthly increases in that price , applying in the the purposes of the common agricultural policy (4), as last 1988 / 89 marketing year; whereas those amounts needed to amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1636 / 87 (5), the be fixed subject to Council decisions since there was no amounts in national currencies of the aids fixed in advance regulation fixing the guide price and the activating by the regulations adopted before 10 May 1989 , which threshold price and no regulation fixing the monthly took account of the agricultural conversion rates applicable increases in these prices for the 1989 / 90 marketing year; on the dates of their entry into force , should be adjusted for the months concerned by the new agricultural conversion rates ; Whereas Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 1246 / 89 ( 9) fixes the activating threshold price for the aid , the guide price Whereas between 1 January and 30 August 1989 the and the minimum price for peas , field beans and sweet provisional amounts of the aid applying for the months lupins for the 1989 / 90 marketing year; whereas Council July 1989 to February 1990 took account of the adjustment Regulation (EEC) No 1247 / 89 ( 10) fixes the monthly in the amount of the aid fixed by the Commission for increases in the activating threshold price, in the guide price the 1988 / 89 marketing year pursuant to Article 24a of and in the minimum price for peas and field beans for the the Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3540 / 85 of 5 1989 / 90 marketing year;

Whereas the amounts of the aid applicable provisionally 89 (5), (EEC) No 662 / 89 (6), (EEC) No 853 /89 (7), (EEC) for the seeds in question should accordingly be confirmed No 985 / 89 (8 ), (EEC) No 1147 / 89 (9), (EEC) No or replaced and they should be fixed definitively, 1316 / 89 (10), (EEC) No 1511 / 89 ("), (EEC) No 1696 / 89 ( 12), (EEC) No 1935 / 89 ( 13 ), (EEC) No 2132 / 89 ( 14), (EEC) No 2347 / 89 ( 15), (EEC) No 2477 / 89 ( 16), and (EEC) No 2483 / 89 ( 17) fixing the amount of the aid for peas, field beans and sweet lupins are HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: hereby replaced by the amounts in the Annexes hereto, which are fixed definitively from the date of entry into force of each of the Regulations concerned .
Article 1 Article 2 The amounts of the aid for peas, field beans and sweet lupins in the Annexes to Commission Regulations (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its No 4170 / 88 0 ), ( EEC) No 78 / 89 (2), (EEC ) No publication in the Official Journal of the European 270 / 89 (3 ), ( EEC) No 378 / 89 (4), ( EEC) No 522 / Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
