COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3792/89 of IS December 1989 fixing definitively the export refund on rapeseed applicable from 1 June to 31 August 1989 for the 1989/90 marketing year

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the amounts of the export refunds on rapeseed valid provisionally should be confirmed or replaced and Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European they should be fixed definitively,' Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 136/66/EEC of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : fats ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2902/89 (2), Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 142/67/ EEC of 21 June 1967 on export refunds on colza, rape and sunflower seeds (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2429/72 (4), and in particular Article The export refunds on rapeseed fixed in advance for July 2 (3) thereof, to September 1989 as set out in the Annexes to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1509/89 (8), 1934/89 (9), Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1678/85 2184/89 (10), 2343/89 (") are hereby replaced by the of 11 June 1985 fixing the conversion rates to be applied amounts set out in the tables in the Annex hereto, which in agriculture (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No are hereby fixed definitively from the dates of entry into 3756/89 (6), force of the Regulations in question. Whereas between 1 June and 31 August 1989 the provisional refunds in question applying for July to September 1989 took account of the adjustment of the aid Article 2 fixed by the Commission for the 1988/89 marketing year ; Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2625/89 (^ This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its fixes the adjustment to be made in the aid for rapeseed publication in the Official Journal of the European for the 1989/90 marketing year ; Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
