COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3811 /89 of 19 December 1989 amending Regulations (EEC) No 1557/89, (EEC) No 1558/89, (EEC) No 1559/89, (EEC) No 1642/89, (EEC) No 3190/89, (EEC) No 3197/89 and (EEC) No 3200/89 opening standing invitations to tender for the export of cereals held by the intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 1 . Article 4 (3) of Regulations (EEC) No 1557/89, of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the (EEC) No 1558/89, (EEC) No 1559/89, (EEC) No market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) 1642/89, (EEC) No 3190/89, (EEC) No 3197/89 and No 3707/89 (2), and in particular Article 7 (6) thereof, (EEC) No 3200/89 is hereby replaced by the following : Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No '3. The last partial invitation to tender shall expire on 28 March 1990 .' 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and conditions for the disposal of cereals held by the 2.
