COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 17/90 of 4 January 1990 abolishing the countervailing charge on fresh Clementines originating in Tunisia

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of that Regulation, indicated that entry prices have been at least Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, equal to the reference price for two consecutive market days ; whereas the conditions specified in the second Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and indent of Article 26 ( 1) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 Portugal, are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing charge on Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 imports of these products originating in Tunisia can be of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the abolished, market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 11 19/89 (2), and in particular the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3933/89 (3), Article 1 introduced a countervailing charge on fresh Clementines originating in Tunisia ; Regulation (EEC) No 3933/89 is hereby repealed. Whereas the present trend of prices for products origina­ Article 2 ting in Tunisia on the representative markets referred to in Regulation (EEC) No 21 1 8/74 (4), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3811 /85 0, recorded or calculated This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 January 1990.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
