COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 100/90 of 15 January 1990 amending Regulation (EEC) No 34/90 on the supply of refined rape seed oil to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as food aid

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3972/86 of 22 December 1986 on food-aid policy and food-aid Point 12 in Annex III to Regulation (EEC) No 34/90 is hereby replaced by the following : management ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1750/89 (2), and in particular Article 6(l)(c) thereof, ' 12.
